about us
Camp Topisaw is our home and our business. Here's the "Little House", as it's always been called (even in its first life as a guest house), where all our soap, candles and skincare products are made. (It's also my hideout when things get too crazy in the "big house.") My husband, a former French teacher, dubbed it La Petite Maison, which sounds, I think, a bit nicer and certainly more romantic. We have a shop here and would love to have you come visit. Soap parties, demonstrations, birthday parties, farm tours...Just phone or email for more information! /i//soaphouse.gif

/i//tid.gif We have a lot (a lot) of poultry running around our farm. Some are in electric netting, some refuse to be penned in. These are our youngest daughter's bantams--Tidbit & Co. The 3 ladies have recently hatched out loads of amazingly adorable chicks. We also have Pineywoods Cattle, Native Sheep, dogs, cats, guineas, laying hens, 1 rabbit and 1 pig. If you're interested in buying fresh eggs or pastured poultry just let us know.

We're Orthodox Christians, and a big part of our lives is spent in helping to found a church in nearby McComb MS. Here's an interior shot of the temple of Christ the Saviour Church. For a schedule of services or if you'd like to learn more, click here.
